What is the membership pricing be for the Pond Coloring Club?

Pond Coloring Club membership is only $9.99 per year. You also have the option to upgrade to a Premium membership for $9.95 per month or $99.95 per year.

How often do you add new content to the coloring club?

New coloring and / or activity pages will be added every month. New premium pages are added every week.

Am I locked in to the subscription?

Not at all.  You can cancel your paid subscription at any time.

Do I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription part-way through a billing cycle?

Not for monthly subscriptions.  Monthly subscriptions are paid for the month in advance and refunds will not be paid if a subscription is cancelled part way through a monthly billing cycle.  

For cancellation of annual subscriptions, the default is that you will still have access to the pages until the end of your annual billing period. However, should you wish to cancel that access altogether, refunds on a monthly pro-rata basis will be considered upon request.

If I cancel my subscription, will I still have access to the coloring club pages until the end of the current billing cycle?

Yes. Cancelling your subscription will set your account to block access to the coloring club pages at the end of your billing cycle, be it monthly or annually.

Is the payment system safe and secure?

Absolutely.  We use an online payment processing system called Stripe, which handles billions of dollars every year for internet-based businesses around the world.  Payment information is stored securely by Stripe, and not by us. Visit their website directly if you would like to know more.

For your convenience as well, please note that if you are signing up on a device already activated for Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can use those options without the need to re-enter your card details.

Why can't I pay using Paypal?

Our Pond Coloring Club membership system is managed by Memberspace, which currently only integrates with Stripe for credit card or debit card payments.  We will update this page if this situation changes in the future.

Why does the amount charged to my card appear as different from the displayed subscription price?

The displayed subscription price is in US dollars (USD).  Stripe, in conjunction with your card issuer, will automatically convert that amount to your home currency if it is not USD.  Your financial institution may also charge foreign currency processing fees as part of the transaction if applicable. 

Can I share my login with other teachers / friends

No.

One membership is for one teacher/classroom/household.

While we acknowledge and respect that the spirit of teaching encompasses sharing the occasional single paper copy of a worksheet of page with a colleague, we ask that you respect the spirit of a website like this and each user have their own membership.
